Backbending phenomenon and systematics of Odd-Even staggering in γ bands in Dy, Er and Yb isotopes

Description
The systematic behavior of the old-even staggering in γ bands of even-even rare earths, together with the backbending phenomenon have been studied. Dy, Er, and Yb isotopes, which laying in the vibrational and rotational limits were the object of this study. The behavior of the displacement δE (1) of the odd-even levels versus the angular momentum (I) and the neutron number (N) was discussed
