Luminescent properties of CdS layers prepared from solutions of different cadmium salts
Description
Luminescent properties of CdS films, prepared by sputtering aqueous solutions of some cadmium and thiourea salts on a heated substratum have been investigated. It is shown that by using different salts of cadmium (chlorides, iodides, acetates, nitrates, sulfates) for cadmium sulfide layer preparation it is possible to produce luminophores with a certain radiation spectrum. 4 refs.; 1 fig
