Actual methods in radiation therapy of the local nasopharyngeal cancer

Description

219 patients with stage 3 and 4 of pharynx neoplasms were divided into 4 groups. The first and the second groups were irradiated in the regimen of a 2 and 3 stage to 2 gray per day until summary equivalent dose (SED) achieves 65 and 70 gray respectively. The 3. and 4. groups were irradiated in the regimen of hyper fractionate dose to 1 gray 3 times per day and to 1 gray 5 times per day until SED achieves 85 and 64 gray respectively. The more effectively procedure of the radiation therapy of nasopharyngeal local cancer is the radiation 3 times per day with 1 gray in the regimen of hyper fractionated dose
