The precise constants calculation for above thermal neutron's

Description
In this article the algorithm of energy-point calculation of reactor cell in the region above 1 eV is presented. The spatial distribution of the cell flux is treated with the transmission probability method. In the fast energy region the inelastic scattering and influence of elastic scattering anisotropy in the center of mass system are taken into account. A comparison of calculated constants for two WWER type cells with the Monte-Carlo method is made
