Synthesis (contributions to the conference)

This article proposes a synthesis of contributions to the conference. The author recalls the origin of the organisation of the French nuclear industrial sector, and then comments the contributions which addressed how nuclear safety is mentioned in the Code for the Environment, the role of the ASN in INB dismantling operations, the issue of management of nuclear wastes from INB dismantling, the obligation of population consultation around dismantling sites, the legal regime of responsibilities within the framework of dismantling operations as sources of accident, the cost of INB restoration, the assessment of the nuclear sector cost or how to address the nuclear risk.
