Specific heat of Mo3Si: superconductivity and phonon spectrum softening

Description
Investigations of specific heat, structural characteristics, and Tsub(c) of Mo3Si compound irradiated with the fast neutron fluence of 1x1020 n/cm2 have been carried out. It has been established that Tsub(c) increase in the irradiated sample is mainly conditioned by the softening of a phonon spectrum low-frequency region. In this case the electron state density on the Fermi level is constant
