Description
Free cell state of bronchial-alveolar liquid (BAL) of animal - descendants F1 from rats, containing in Chernobyl NPP zone (soil activity on 137Cs is 23 kBq/kg, gamma-background is 0,5 mSv/hours) were investigated. Term of descendant appearance is 7-10 days after returning animal from a zone. In 1 month after birth animal began to receive the contaminated forage (190-756 Bq/kg). In experiment on researching of descendants of 1-st breed from rats kept in the zone and reared the forage contaminated by radionuclides decreasing of animal weight at the age of 6 months on 14 % in comparison with the control was revealed. Besides in this period of observation for experimental animals the decrease of general cytosis BAL almost in 2 times was detected. On the background of decreasing general cytosis and number of AM the tendency to increase of the contents of neutrophils was marked. In the age of 9 mon. the tendency to decreasing of general cytosis was detected. At the age of 12 mon. increase of free cell quantity, tendency to increasing of AM number in BAL is marked. Quantity of remaining cell of BAL was at a level of monitoring values. (Authors)
