Characteristic properties of Faraday-rotation dispersion in semimagnetic semiconductors

Description
Faraday effect of semimagnetic Cd1-xMnxTe semiconductors and Pb1-xMnxTe mixed crystals was investigated. The spectra of Faraday rotation were measured at 5-300 K temperatures of both monocrystals. The earlier unknown peculiarity in the spectral dependence of Faraday effect - sign inversion of Faraday rotation was observed
