On the temperature dependence of hole band parameters in tellurium
Description
New empirical formula for Eg(T) and E1(T) was suggested. Temperature dependences of hole band parameters in tellurium were studied. This forms the basis for further investigations on correct determination of other parameters of this semiconductor material
