Synthesis and characterization of binary actinide and lanthanide compounds. XVI. Am and Cm intermetallides with Rh
Description
The intermetallides Rh2Am, Rh3Am, Rh2Cm, and Rh3Cm with the cubic Cu2Mg- and Cu3Au-type lattices are prepared as thin layers on Rh substrates. The change of lattice constants of Rh2Cm and metallic Rh through the action of the intense α-radiation of 244Cm at room temperature is studied
