Description

Sintering of borosilicate ores concentrate with natrium carbonate without preliminary calcination has been studied. The dependence of oxides extraction from the concentrate of boron raw materials without preliminary calcination on sintering temperature, sintering duration, mass ratio of boron raw materials concentration and natrium carbonate, fineness of ore grinding has been defined. The most rational conditions of sintering of borate ore concentrate with Na2CO3 have been found: sintering at 800 deg C during one hour, mass ratio of borate ore concentrate and Na2CO3 - 1:2. Under these conditions the components extraction from borate ore of Ak-Arkhar Deposit riches 90%.
