Law on alteration of the radiation protection law (1958:110)

The alteration of the radiation protection law conserns the penalty for illegal import of radioactive materials. The following activities lead to penalty according to the law: performing radiologic work illegally, not conforming to prohibition given by legal authorities, or giving wrong declarations of radioactive materials to legal authorities.
