Description
The differential anomalous X-ray scattering were carried out on the vacuum evaporated Cd59As74 films. The differential radial distribution functions have been obtained around As and Cd. The results show that As and Cd are tetrahedrally coordinated and that both amorphous alloys are chemically ordered. (author). 9 refs, 1 fig
