La(CCl3COO)3-Pr(CCl3COO)3-H2O system at 298 K

Description
The method of isothermal solubility at 298 K is applied to study the system lanthanum trichloracetate - praseodymium trichloracetate - water. The composition of solid phase is established. Refractive indexes, specific volume, viscosity of saturated solutions, refractive indexes of solid residues are determined. La(CCl3COO)3x6H2O and Pr(CCl3COO)3x3H2O crystalline hydrates and limited range of solid solutions are shown to be formed in the system
