Magnetic susceptibility of Fe-Cr-Ni alloys at low temperatures

Description
The magnetic susceptibility of Fe0.82-xCr0.18Nix alloys (x=0.25-0.8) at 4.2-293 K is investigated. It is established that ferromagnetism observed for alloys with x=0.30-0.70 at low temperatures is destroyed with formatiom of spin glass phase, for critical concentration alloys (x=0.30 and 0.70) the above transition being realized through the intermediate magnetic phase. The influence of cooling rate of alloys on magnetic transition parameters which permits to conclude on an important role of magnetic clusters under the formation of magnetic alloys structure is revealed
