The reintegration of oil industry, between myths and reality

Creators

Description

Since the nationalization of the seventies, the ''reintegration'' of the international oil industry is frequently mentioned. In fact, the downstream integration of companies from the oil exporting countries is limited ; the upstream integration of the international oil companies cannot lead to the revival of an integrated international oil industry. The balance of the world energy scene for the near future is clearly in favour of industrial countries. (Author). 1 tab
