Phase states and paraelectric resonance of Li+ in mixed monocrystals K1-xLixTaO3

Description
The phase diagram of K1-xLixTaO3 monocrystals was supplemented with one more state through the measurements of Li+ paraelectric resonance (PER) in K1-xLixTaO3. Nonreacting Li ions spectra and PER lines broadened by such interaction resulted in polar glass state were recorded in the 0<x<0.04 range. The parts of phase diagram where ferroelectric phase (0.04<x<0.08) and new structure of monocrystal (0.27<x<0.6) are realized have been treated
