In order to obtain a license for the construction and operation of a nuclear installation, an application must be made in compliance with the atomic energy procederal regulation. The author proposes for the transfer of technology and implementation of international projects the harmonization of licensing procedures as a long-term goal. (CW)

Ein Antrag gemaess der Atomrechtlichen Verfahrensordnung muss gestellt werden, um die Erlaubnis fuer die Errichtung und den Betrieb einer Kernanlage zu erhalten. Der Autor schlaegt eine Harmonisierung der Genehmigungsverfahren fuer einen Technologietransfer und die Ausfuehrung internationaler Projekte als Langzeit-Ziel vor. (CW)
