Ordinance of 5 December 1983 concerning funds for the decommissioning of nuclear installations

Description
This Ordinance (RS 732.013) which entered into force on 1 January 1984 establishes a fund for the financing of decommissioning activities which was provided for by the Federal Order of 1978 concerning the Atomic Energy Act. This fund is destined to finance these operations. Nuclear operators are obliged to make annual contributions which are calculated to cover the costs which each one of them expects to encounter at the time of decommissioning. (NEA)

Cette Ordonnance (RS 732.013) qui est entree en vigueur le 1er janvier 1984 institue le fonds pour le financement de la desaffectation des installations nucleaires, prevu dans l'Arrete federal de 1978 concernant la Loi sur l'energie atomique. Le Fonds vise a en constituer les moyens de couverture. Les exploitants sont tenus de verser des contributions annuelles, calculees de facon a couvrir les frais auxquels chacun d'eux doit s'attendre au moment de la desaffectationFiles
