Description

Conditions of fabrication of YBaCuO ceramic products with critical current density jc > 40 kA/cm2 at H=0 and 8 kA/cm2 at H = 10 kOe (T = 77 K) by the method of oriented crystallization (MNG) are presented. Phase composition and morphology of the samples are studied by X-ray analysis and optical microscopy methods. Ceramics mainly contains of two phases: 123 and 211, there with the latter content is rather high and has a noticeable effect on jc value. Phase 123 is practically completely oriented on the plane (103), the surface of the samples natural spalling has (001) orientation
