Description
The influence of the preparation technique on the redistribution and elution, resp., of diffusible substances such as Na, K, Ca and Cl ions is demonstrated in glioma tissue cultures and mammalian muscular tissue by X-ray microanalysis of ultrathin frozen sections using a scanning electron microscope
