Description
To date, a vast experience in development of nuclear power plants with reactor units employing eutectic Pb-Bi alloy has been gained in organizations of the Russian Federation Ministry of Atomic Power-Experimental and Design Organization RDB open-quotes Hydropressclose quotes and Institute of Physics and Power Engineering. Practical application of such reactors as power sources for transportation purposes, has proved the correctness of the principal solutions chosen. This report describes the technology to utilize a liquid metal reactor as the power supply to a coal liquefaction plant
