Description
The influence of temperature on the constant drift of the operating point of electro-optical modulators based on lithium niobate has been analyzed. The calculation of the activation energy of the constant drift of the operating point showed a significant improvement of characteristics stability of the studied samples with the reduced structure of lithium niobate. The results obtained are promising for improving the performance of devices based on optical crystals

Проведен анализ влияния температуры на постоянный дрейф рабочей точки электрооптических модуляторов на основе ниобата лития. Расчет энергии активации постоянного дрейфа рабочей точки показал значительное улучшение стабильности характеристик исследуемых образцов с восстановленной структурой ниобата лития.
