Charge-density-wave-like transition in V3Te4
- 1. Keio Univ., Yokohama (Japan). Faculty of Science and Technology
Description
In order to study poorly and weakly correlated electron systems, the electrical resistivity, the Seebeck coefficient, and the magnetic susceptibility of V3Te4 are investigated in the temperature range from 4.2 up to 400 K. The results show an electrical and magnetic charge-density-wave-like transition in V3Te4 which is similar to that of VTe2 with 1 T structure
