The ir spectra of H2R.3H2O, K2R, and Ln2R3.nH2O where R=sulfobenzoate(2-), Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, and Y, and n=10-16 were recorded and are discussed
