The influence of the charge transfer effect on the CuKα-line form in the copper(2) compounds

Description
The Larsson model and effective ion method were consecutively used to study the structure of copper Kα-line in copper(2) compounds. The role of shake-up satellite in the formation of Kα-line was determined. The latter is predicted in the framework of the approach. In agreement with calculations the satallite is at a distance of ∼ 0.4 eV from the main line in the long wave range; its intensity is ∼ 30-50 % of the main line intensity. The model is considered as applied to compounds CuO, La2CuO4, La1.8Sr0.2CuO4 and YBa2Cu3O7
