Description

Spin-wave resonance in yttrium ferrite-garnet films implanted by Ne+ ins is studied. Optimal conditions of surface layer formation with light plane anisotropy and assigned values of surface pinning are determined. An approach to interpretation of physical properties of ion-implanted ferrite-garnet structures, using cascade radiation-disorder regions as the main defect-forming elements, is suggested
