Photoelectric UBVRI observations of Am stars
Description
UBVRI photoelectric observations of 103 Am stars are reported. The distribution of points in arrays combining different colors gives the known evidence that most of them have an ultraviolet deficiency. H llne meas- ures in 30 stars, combined with additional data, suggest how to obtain the correction which eliminates the blanketing effect. As no deficiency in several diagrams seems apparent, the line blanketing in B, V, R, and I appear to be similar.
