Description
Relativistic nuclear physics takes a key place among nuclear - physical research due to its orientation to new and more clean ecologically power engineering and nuclear waste utilization. New applied physics field required new theoretical approaches. They involve the necessity to cover the diversity of nuclear reactions and increments on all the available energy scale and universal description of nuclear structures and their sub-structures interactions (nuclei, nucleons, quarks, gluons). This makes it necessary to analyze the phenomena observed from the point of view of rather general principles that remain reasonable for different levels of matter structure. The most adequate methods for such theoretical synthesis are the ones whose mathematical tools are groups, algebra and their invariant. The report demonstrates and analyzes the efficiency of similarity and dimensional methods, invariant definitions and asymptotic solutions in the course of describing the interaction cross sections in broad interval of values measured. As an example cumulative effects at relativistic nuclei collisions were taken. (Au)
