Description
The Seabrook Station PSA is being used to provide technical input to enhance Seabrook's risk management techniques for decision making. The PSA is a fullscope level 3 study completed in December 1983 and updated in 1985. Phase I applications of the PSA have been focused on addressing regulatory criterion required to satisfy the full power operating license. This includes emergency planning and related accident management considerations. Phase II applications include the review of proposed plant modifications and regulatory requirements to examine their effect on the PSA to ensure corporate management's commitment to minimizing risk.
