Description
Two 1800 electromagnetic isotope separators have been used mainly for stable isotope separations. The 900 separator was reconstructed into a low-energy ion implanter. The 2550 separator was converted into an iron-core double-focusing low-energy spectrometer. Ion implantation experiments have been carried out with two of these separators. (orig.)
