Physicochemical properties of Nd1-xCaxCr1-yZnyO3 solid solutions

Description
Electrophysical properties of Nd1-xCaxCr1-yZnyO3 solid solutions are studied. Thermo-emf and electric conductivity at the air within 770-1270 k temperature range are measured. Materials are shown to be p-type semiconductors with conductivity jumping-over mechanism, zinc introduction results in the essential increase of electric conductivity. The samples have stable conductivity within pO2 wide range. 1 ref.; 4 figs
