Deep inelastic scattering of neutrino (antineutrino) with a polarized proton in quark-parton model

Description

Within the framework of the quar parton model considered are the processes of deep inelastic scattering of neutrino and antineutrino with a polarized proton. For processes with charged currents obtained is interconnection of asymmetry of differential cross sections corresponding to various directions of target proton spin with functions of polarized parton distribution in a polarized proton (d - for neutrino, or antineutrino). It is shown that the presence of x dependence of asymmetry parameter corresponds to the difference in parton distribution functions with opposite helicity. For processes with neutral currents, relations between asymmetry parameters and constants determining helical stucture of weak neutral quark current have been obtained
