Description

Three macrobicyclic molecules, cryptand and two benzyl substituted derivatives have been investigated as potential chelating agents for generator-based radiopharmaceuticals. Complexes of these bicyclic molecules have been formed with a variety of metals and cations and their behavior in several solutions used to model physiological fluids has been studied
