Proposed solutions and root cause of the M310 type PWR licensee events on RCP loop flow and core total flow over the mechanical design flow limit

Description
This paper introduces a series of licensee events, that the domestic import from French systems of the nuclear power plants in the first fuel cycle appeared RCP loop flow and core total flow over the mechanical design flow limit. Study these event to identify the root cause, also analysis of affect to system safety, and provide proposed corrective measures. Reference for operating units and subsequent new units, in order to avoid the recurrence of similar events. (authors)
