Spectrochemical method of analysis of high purity substances with extraction preconcentration of impurities

Description

Main stages of analysis using extraction preconcentration of impurities (v, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni and Co) are investigated to develop reliable high-sensitive chemical spectral methods for analysis of different high-purity substances including lanthanum oxide and metaphosphate. Analysis is based on preliminary substrate isolation by crystallization precipitation in a high-acid medium and by extraction concentration of impurities as diethyldithiocarbamates and hydroxinolinates from the mother liquor. Different analysis methods are considered and a new method with one addition and recalculation factor is suggested. The sources of method errors are studied. The detection limit of vanadium is (1-10)x10-7 %
