Description
Dielectric ceramic and single crystal samples of YBa2Cu3O6 were treated in halogen vapors (Cl, Br, I). After halogenmation the transition to the superconducting state was observed at 90, 85, and 55 K, respectively. The results of these experiments are discussed in the paper
