Dirac equation for singular point potential

Description
The exact solutions of stationary Dirac equation for electron movement in the field of spherical symmetric singular attractive potential localised in the fixed point (i.e. the potential is like Dirac δ-function) have been obtained. The movement of electron with the energies corresponding both that of bound state and continuous spectrum is considered. (author). 7 refs
