Autoradiographic evaluation of novel high-affinity 99mTc- radioligands for the 5-HT1A receptor (II)
Description
The regional in vitro distribution in rat brain sections of two 99mTcO(V) ''3+1'' mixed-ligand complexes derived from WAY 100635 and desmethyl WAY (DWAY) resp. were compared. The DWAY-derived complex 99mTc 7 showed a higher selectivity for the 5-HT1A receptor than the WAY-derivative 99mTc 5. (orig.)
