Analysis of the composition of films and monocrystals of high-temperature superconductor materials

Description
The method of electrothermal atomic-absorptional analysis (AAA) of microamounts of films and microcrystals of high-temperature superconductors (HTSC) La-Cu-O, La-Sr-Cu-O, Y-Ba-Cu-O, Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O, has been developed. Atomization is carried out in a graphite atomizer clad by tantalum foil. The temperature and time program of its work is selected so that mutual effects and non-selective absorption of bismuth and alkaline earths are eliminated. AAA is performed without background corrector and with determination of element concentration by pure samples. The given method permits to determine the composition of films and other HTSC microobjects with the mass of 10-3-10-4 g with relative standard deviation of 0.02-0.03
