4.4. Dosimetry of natural radiation field

Creators

Description

Of the dosimetric methods used for measuring the natural radiation field, the techniques are discussed of direct field measurement using ionization chambers, scintillation, GM and semiconductor detectors and thermoluminescent dosemetres, the spectrometry of natural gamma fields and the measurement of natural samples in the laboratory, especially the determination of radon concentration.
