Porosity influence on optical and mechanical properties of zirconium nitride

Description

Dispersion dependence of zirconium nitride optical constants on porosity has been discussed. The increase of porosity was shown to bring to rise of conductive electrons deviation effects of pores, the value of plasma frequencies and reflective index. The porosity increase at 10% was found to bring to decrease of mechanical properties at 40%
