The density of liquid potassium at near-critical temperatures
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Vysokikh Temperatur
Description
A suspended pycnometer was used to measure the density of liquid potassium (>= 99.99% K) along the saturation line in the temperature range 1640-2030 K. A polynomial up to the 6th power in temperature has been fitted to the results. The experimental data was equal to +-(0.3-0.4)%. The experimental results were subjected to regression and statistical analyses. (author)
