Description
The inside of the fuel cladding made of Zircaloy 2 or Zircaloy 4 is coated with a protective layer consisting of zirconium alloyed with 0.45-0.55 weight percent copper and 0.45-0.55 weight percent tungsten or with 0.5 weight percent tantalum only. (G.B.)
