8. Analysis using the ionization caused by nuclear radiation
Creators
Description
The analysis is described using alpha particle range in analyzed gases. The analyzers are described which use alpha radiation. Their uses are given and practical examples of the analysis of gases listed. A survey is given of the use of ionization by beta radiation in ionization detectors and analyzers. The use is described of ionization by alpha and beta radiation in gas density and pressure gauges and flow meters. (M.K.)
