Radiometric concentration in water samples using aquadistiller
Creators
Description
The radionuclide concentration method is proposed for water samples with low concentration of radioactive materials in radiological studies of sanitary epidemiological stations for subsequent analyses by gamma spectrometric and radiochemical methods. To evaporate bulky samples with simultaneous production of distilled water it is proposed to use the DEh-4, DEh-10 type aquadistillers. The method permits to increase 3 times the number of water samples prepared for γ-spectrometry and radiochemical analysis, automate evaporization process, liberate working areas in exhaust hoods of the laboratory and decrease power consumption
