Nuclear fuels
Description
Development and availability of nuclear fuels in India in the context of increasing energy needs of the country are discussed. The resources and profitability of the same are compared with those of conventional and other type of fuels. Favourable arguments have been put forward for the exploitation of nuclear fuels both from the point of view of cost and safety. (K.B.)
