Research on non-equilibrium plasma of gliding arc driven by magnetic field at atmospheric pressure
Description
A new method for glidarc discharge driven by magnetic field at atmospheric pressure has been used to generate non-equilibrium plasmas. The setup of glidarc discharge is described and the principle of glidarc discharge is analyzed. The arc's moving speed is about 100 m/s and the electric field is 80 V/mm at an arc current of 0.6 A.
