Description
Radiation-induced thermoluminescence (TL) was observed from BeO thin-film detectors developed recently for exoelectron (TSEE) dosimetry. For soft X-rays, the low-dose threshold was found at about 5 mGy. The linear dose range is extended over four orders of magnitude up to 50 Gy followed by a supralinear range until dose saturation appears at 104 Gy. (author)
