Isotopic exchange between 204Tb(I) and Tb(III) in water-ethanol and water-glycerol media

Description

The isotopic exchange reaction between 204Tl(I) and Tl(III) is studied in a mixed solvent reaction medium of water-ethanol and water glycerol. It appears that the exchange rate decreases with the concentration increase of the non-aqueous solvent in the mixture

Abstract (French)

La reaction d'echange isotopique entre 204Tl(I) et Tl(III) est etudiee en utilisant comme milieu de reaction des melanges de solvants eau-ethanol et eau-glycerine. Il apparait que la vitesse d'echange decroit parallelement a l'augmentation de concentration du solvant non aqueux dans le melange
